Starbucks — Restaurant in Winnipeg

DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! Today I went to this location before closing and the Indian girl at the window was so rude. I would rate the customer service zero star but there isn’t option for that. After a long wait for my drink, when she handed over the drink I said “Thank you, Have a Goodnight.” to which she didn’t responded. Then i saw that the drink was overflowing and the form was all over the top of cup. I waited another 3-5 minutes to get her attention to open up the drive through window so that i can ask her to clean it. She was standing at the window all the time but just ignored me and didn’t bother to ask my concern. She was laughing with the other staff members and showing me attitude. After 3-5 i had to honk my car horn to get her attention. Things don’t end up here. When i showed her that she overflowed the drink, she had a weird face. I ask her to clean it, she handed me tissue papers….are you serious? I am paying up $8 for a small drink and have to clean up the mess she created. Never experienced such things at STARBUCKS! We went to this store on Jan 23 to redeem a free drink as Starbucks was having promotion that time, but the Asian face male barista (I don’t know his name but I know he works there for a long time, because I was a regular customer) refuses to redeem the free drink for us. The promotion was to order a drink thru Starbucks app on certain days then you will get a free drink for reward. We told him we have met the requirements to redeem and be able to prove, then he told us because we ordered a customized drink so the reward doesn’t apply to us and refused to redeem for us. Like WTH? The rules in promotion details didn’t even say anything about it and you just figured that out by yourself??? At the end, we had to purchased from our own pocket. Then we went to different store and told them the same situation and they redeemed the reward immediately without questioning. Very disappointed to this guy,...

Came to get the Birthday Drink for husband for free. After I said these words, the smile went from the face of woman who sell, and she started say that you have to get Starbucks App and have at least one transaction on it for getting it for free, and after I said I dont have it but I can donwload one and if it's needed to buy one and another for free. She said I didn't do so but I can get it for you for free. I would be happy, but she did it with a face like I'm homeless, and I felt pathetic who asks for free coffee. For that time I ordered any drink as it was free, not the one I wanted,cause my mood was spoiled for that time.
