Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Always seem to have issues at this Tim Hortons. Most recently (15 minutes ago) ordered two sandwiches and two drinks. Added chipotle and cheese to my sandwich, neither of which were actually put on it, but I was definitely charged for them. Tried to give me a third drink before handing me the sandwiches. In retrospect I should have taken it as I was most likely charged for it. The female at the window seemed confused when I said I only ordered one latte and one coffee but never checked to make sure I wasn’t overcharged. Was never provided with or offered a receipt so I have no way of confirming but I did pay over $24. Very disappointed when I request add-ons that they rarely comply but always charge me for them. Had to repeat myself three times at the box regarding what I wanted causing a decent line up behind me. I always make sure I know what I want before going through the drive thru so I don’t cause a delay. Coming from a retail background I can’t understand why making sandwiches is so difficult. Knowing people in the industry (fast food) I know these items come up on their screen, so it’s just a matter of the employee reading the order in full before making the sandwich. I would have gone back to complain as I have in the past, but I refuse to spend the gas money and fight traffic through the rain...

Went inside this morning and nicely asked if it was possible to get a flavour shot in my drink (the place I had purchased it missed it), even if it meant paying for the price of another drink. The girl passed the question off to what must have been a supervisor and the woman asked me why I didn't just go back to where I bought the coffee to which I responded I'd be late for work and reiterated that I'd be happy to pay. At which point she grabbed the drink from my hand and walked away shouting "Seriously?!" back at me repeatedly, louder and louder each time until everyone was staring.

This shouldn't have been her response. I shouldn't have had everyone in Tim Hortons staring at me and wondering what the hell happened. It was a really horrid way to start the day.

This review is about Navjot who happens to work there... me and my partner had our day off and we were cruzing around and bought doughnuts from krispe kreame as it is a new thing but we wished to have our coffees from tim hortons and this location was the closest one... i went in and the Navjot greeted me in my native language which was refreshing... i gave my order and have a wonderful conversation with him...to much positive vibes gave me a sugar rush that i could not resist myself...i had to go back in get Navjots name and wrote this review....we hear on social media that brown people are normally rude to brown people but this was an amazing experience i work for a bank and treat people with utmost respect and best friend behavior...being on the receiving end of such a great positive vibe energy made my day so i wish to take time and give Navjot some much needed love , respect, fist bump and appreciation i hope his manager reads this and gives him a shout out....
