A&W Canada — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Went here for a meal at 4:35pm- I know the time because the arrangements of the restaurant was so strange. I ordered food at the counter and by the time I went to sit down, most of the dining room had been roped off for table service. Why didn't anyone tell me this was about to happen? I could barely find a seat (baby under 1 arm and starving...). It is also a hassle to have to buy food and alcohol at separate places during the day -seriously just consolidate the payments! And it was rude for staff to then put a sign on my table indicating I needed to leave by 5:45 for...

Ordinarily this establishment I would give it 5 stars. I ordered onion rings. The attendant reached into the compartment where the orders are placed after being prepared and she IMMEDIATELY pulled out a bag that had been precooked. I asked for a Fresh bag. The person charged with the preparation didn't appear too happy with the request When he deemed them to be done they were placed in a bag and I drove home. Opening the bag they were done so WELL they could hardly be eaten. Too far to return them so I just " bit the bullet " if you will pardon the pun. NOT A GOOD...

Went yesterday to this location asked two questions 1 did the sweet potato fries have any gluten in them and the same goes for the new veggie beef burger. Managers didn't put their ingredients list in their information package. The staff member had no idea as to the ingredients in either items. Had to look it up myself online in front of Staff members. I do get it minimum wage you shouldn't expect much. You would think that upper management would enroll training to make sure that staff members on the front lines would know how to answer...
