Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Winnipeg

LOCATION:1015 Notre Dame Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0N4 MANAGER: Rica Today, October 31, 2022, I went to this location to get doughnuts, I ask the staff if I can have 8 assorted doughnuts but in two separate boxes. I said it 3 times yet she did not understand, she called someone and told me I cannot purchase two boxes she said I can have 6 doughnuts in a box and they will put the other two in a small paper bag. I told her it will be a gift for two people. I ask nicely again if I can have 8 doughnuts in two separate boxes. She then called someone and ask if they can do that. Then this person who apparently is the Manager told me that there is a charge for the box. I ask how much. She said they can't do that because the charge for the extra box is not included in their cash register, So I ask again which one is which? You cannot separate 8 doughnuts or do I need to pay for an extra box? She said they cannot separate the 8 doughnuts which don't make any sense. So I left and I heard her from the outside saying Thank you! Have a nice day! Sarcastically in a loud voice and all the other 4 staff laughed so I got so upset I went back in and I ask for a manager. It was the lady who was yelling Thank you Have a nice day! I ask her again what she said and she repeated Thank You Have a nice day this time in a low voice. I ask her where is your manager? She said I am the Manager. I ask her name she said her name is RICA. My point is she is the manager and cannot make a wise decision for a customer. Instead, she screamed and made fun of me. You hired someone whose decision-making is very poor. And not a good role model. and it's really sad to see a Manager mocking a customer and cannot give a good answer and solution for a very simple problem. She was not apologetic with her actions.A terrible experience on a Monday...

Easily the worst tim Hortons in all of manitoba. worst tim Hortons in manitoba. Ordered a sandwich meal with wedges and large coffee, extra sauce on sandwich Nobody speaks English and person working puts in no sauce cause he can't figure out how to put it in the till. I finally told him to just tell them instead of trying to find out how to use the cashier system. Also ordered a side of Chipotle. Oh well he goes and checks and guess what they don't have any wedges, I say we'll make some then I'll wait. No we don't have any they tell me. Okay fine I'll get a cookie then. So after 5 minutes my order is finally ready. Just the sandwich. So I stand there and wait for my coffee. As they speak in some language I don't know. This lady comes and rudely yells at me what are you waiting for" I said "the coffee it's a meal I ordered a coffee". She looks confused and angrily goes to speak to the other worker in some other language and then after another 5 minutes I get handed the coffee. My Chipotle sauce was filled An eighth of the sauce cup full and they continue to speak in a language other than english(Canada's language) and the sandwich I got did have extra sauce but tasted like it was 28 days old. Don't waste you time here, they don't speak English and they don't carry anything they have...

I moved into the area about a year ago and thought it was nice to have a tim hortons right next door.

Boy was i wrong!

Ever since going ive had many orders messed up to the point where i would have to go back and have it redone.

The lack of stuff they sell there is ridiculous from no honey to half the sandwhiches and soups that are on the menu. Idk why they have it on the menu when they dont carry it there.

The service is bad. When i go to order its like theyre rushing. I dont even have a chance to reply when they say what can i get for you. When i go to the window they rush you because theyre having their own conversations in the back. Their debit machine adds extra numbers when you punch it which takes longer and ive brought it to their attention many times and they ignore you when youre talking to them.

After all my bad interactions and money lost for food i paid for but didnt recieve i will be making the longer trip to portage or st james because this place is...
