My first visit at this location and probably my last was not a good experience. Ordering my coffee was easy enough. Told the young girl what I wanted in it. This procedure is apparently handled by someone else. The problem was the young guy who was supposed to be doing this job was involved in a conversation with a customer at the time that seemed like it was going to be never ending. Normally I'am a pretty patient guy. All I wanted was to get my coffee mixed so I could exit. I finally just left without getting the two milk and sweetener I wanted in my coffee. I should add there was just two customers, myself and the woman talking to the young guy. The young girl who poured my coffee could have very easily finished the job but she was no where to be seen. I decided to stop in on my way to Windsor to try out the location. It was a bad decision. My customer service experience...

We picked up two medium drip coffees to take up to the PG whilst our kids played in the giant snow pile. Big mistake.

The roast was bitter and frankly, disgusting. After persevering for a number of sips, they both went straight in the garbage can . What a ripoff.

So I went online to see what people were saying about this coop.

Well and good - as an aspirational goal - but, sadly, a big miss on what one probably imagines should be their primary business goal: delivering excellent coffee (and in a timely manner).

So if you stop by, take caution not to confuse "best coffee shop in town" [!] and "great atmosphere" [!] etc. for receiving a simple, decent coffee.

This place could be amazing. Their food looks amazing, but they need to get a better control of flies. Another person mentioned this and it appears nothing is being done. However, they have free wifi. Lots of sitting area for using your laptop. However, if you are going to be a local coffee shop, and selling local coffee. You need to make sure it's good. The coffee was warm, being generous, the cafe mocha was an assault to proper cafe mocha. The staff appeared unorganized and appeared confused.
