Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Wolfville

About a year ago I had left quite a good review for this Tims location, but since then the place has become poorly managed. Not a single time this week has my order been completely correct, and I've come by every day for the wifi (which is the only decent thing here). On Monday I was drinking my hot chocolate or whatever I had, when I started hearing from behid the counter, one of your male employees verbally abusing one of your female ones. She was clearly exhausted, and while this guy stood there making sandwiches, he ordered her around, cleaning the bathrooms and the floors and not letting her break. According to all of the top results on Google, the quenchers are supposed to be carbonated, and they weren't. My wrap yesterday had dry chicken and no sauce, and today when I ordered something simple- a Hazelnut Latte (I checked as I was ordering online, it comes with whipped topping and Nutella syrup), none of the toppings were included. The woman serving me told me that they don't have the Nutella syrup, which is understandable, and she added in some whipped topping which was fine, but the fact that she served me a messed up drink without even mentioning it to me is hugely disappointing, not to mention, I still ended up paying full price of course, since I bought it online. This place is horrible and none of them know how to work. They don’t know how to make orders proper. Numerous times we’ve ordered to have things very visibly burnt, made wrong (even simple tea/coffee) or just plain missing things from our orders. Half the time they can’t even wrap the simple breakfast/farmers wraps properly before boxing them. Was brought home a farmers wrap that had none of the sauce on it rather some gross mayo hidden in it. eggs are usually never fresh and taste off (you can also see the colour is changed too from being sat around so long) and half the time if you go in later in the evening they will have NOTHING. No drinks, barely any bakery items and usually no bread or bagels, so you can’t actually order anything to eat. Horrible over all, you’d honestly be better off going to any of the other Tim’s. I’ve included a picture of the farmers wrap that had no sauce and tasted horrible, I had to take it apart & wipe off as much mayo as I could (which wasn’t much unfortunately) to eat the waste of money.

update in 2024- They've gotten slightly better with orders being correct. They still randomly screw up farmers wraps by putting mayo instead of the normal sauce apparently. It tastes disgusting with mayonnaise and most of it pools...

Went there 3 times since I have moved here and 2 out of 3 times the order was wrong. The other time was 3 people ahead of me and one person working everything while the manager walked around and talked on her phone. I waited almost 20 mins while I watched a woman take an order and then go make the sandwiches while the manager did nothing. In all my years I have never seen that ever at a tims hortons. The manager may have had something important to do but she knew we were all waiting and did not even attempt to help. Another time I asked for a tea double double with milk and got something that looked like sludge. I had to throw it out and make it at home. This store is in need of a staff change and it starts with that manager. If I owned this place she would be gone and I would replace her with someone who cares about her customers and supports the staff when needed. Not watch customers sit for way to long waiting and do nothing. I am a manager and I would fire myself if I acted that way. Pathetic service and poor quality.
