Be careful when you order over the phone and repeat the order lot of times before hanging up otherwise you’ll get a blame that you ordered it. Manager even don’t listen and best example I am providing here today is that I told manager over the phone more than 5 times and manager is still saying that bring pizza and get a refund. We live in Niagara region and were travelling to Windsor and decided to get a pizza on the way and we ordered 2 large pizzas. Our toppings were Black Olives, Mushrooms and Banana peppers in one pizza and in second pizza Black Olives, Green Pepper and Banana Peppers. We didn’t get any Black Olives in any of the pizza and instead we got lots of Onions on our pizza and we ended up throwing them out without eating because we can’t eat Onions, Green Chillies and Red Chili powder at all and it’s been over 3 years of that and Doctor have warned us for not eating those. So, we don’t even buy onions for home also and they blamed us that we ordered onions on our pizza. When I called first time, one girl answered and she even didn’t know that what’s the deal and what’s the specials and rather than saying that, started asking pizza size we want and toppings. I hung up the phone and then called again after 10 minutes and whoever took the phone order, he repeated the order three times and was alright but when I get, totally different. Store wasn’t clean and staff weren’t using hand gloves to put toppings on the pizza and noticed while picking up phone. When complained, rather than apologizing, staff said ok. The question is who hired and trained Manager who also doesn’t listen properly and how Manager will train the staff. I wish I could have clicked pictures of pizza to put here before throwing them out. Not...

I preordered my dinner today through skip the dishes. We ordered 3 pizzas 2 lbs of wings and pop.
1 of the 2 lbs of wings were wrong . I called the store to see if I could get the right ones delivered since they were in the wrong. It took 3 people to finally get hung up on. Was told i had to go to the store and that it was skip the dishes fault.
I asked to have the correct wings delivered or a refund on the ones I wont eat. I ordered honey garlic but got hot and spicy. Crispy took no accountability for the mix up, no apology NOTHING and blamed it on skip the dishes. Crispy does the order prep. Skip the dishes order was right but crispy screwed up the order.
I went to the store to either a) get the right wings or b) get a refund on the wings that werent right. Once I got there I was not happy. Based off my experience leading up to this. The owner or manager not sure which was rude, verbally abusive and was yelling at me. He didnt even give me a chance to speak on the phone or in person. He kept yelling at 1 point 3 employees were yelling at me and escalated the situation.
Even once there in person he still blamed it on skip the dishes. Its their fault. I called skip they said its 100% the restaurant who preps the orders.
Keep in mind this is all over $7 wings. You would think in the middle of a pandemic you would want to retain customers not lose them.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Its easier to blame someone rather then take accountability for your...
Read moreCame in today for 2 of the 2 slice deals. I wanted 1 pepperoni deal and 1 Hawaiian deal. The young girl at the counter said she only had 1 Hawaiian and asked if a pepperoni was ok for the 2nd slice. I agreed. Went to pay and thought the price was high. I asked why and was told that the Hawaiian is $5. When I reminded her that I only had 1 Hawaiian slice in my deal she said it didn't matter! No way I'm paying for something I didn't get. The last time this young girl served me she was also deceitful with prices. I'd ordered 2 combos (2 slices and pop). This was right after they dropped the pop from the 2 slice deal and I was not yet aware of the change. Upon handing me my slices, she asks "did you get your 2 pop?" I said " oh right" and grabbed 2 pop. Not once did she mention the pop was no longer included and I was charged the extra $3 for the pop. When I come here regularly for the deal, is it too much to ask that staff quickly mention the pop exclusion rather than just assuming you noticed the new change? Especially when she asked "did you get your 2 pop" instead of asking if I wanted pop! Then to later find out that with the 2 slice deal I should have only been charged $1 each instead of $1.50 each. Never had any problems with overcharging from any other staff, but the young girl has now overcharged me on 2...
