No matter where we are traveling, we usually stop at Tims for our tea, coffee, and cold drinks. Tims is one place where you always know what you are getting and never disappointed with the quality of the food or drinks. The only "problem" is the lack of staff at some locations. So this part is for Tim's: if you do not have permanent, full-time staff, with health benefits, you should be ashamed. If you are bringing in foreign workers so you can pay less, you should be ashamed. Every time we go into Tim's these days, and we recently traveled from Sask. to NB, the floors are not swept, and the bathrooms, while not dirty, are not cleaned as often, and this was in every location we stopped at. Read morePeople that work there are rude , incompetant . On a weekly basis orders are wrong , and your not told they dont have something until after you pay for it . Coffee is never 20 miniyes fresh as i go when they open and this spot isnt busy due to their reputation and im waitong 15 minutes for a coffee 1 hour after they open and honestly most pf the time that coffee tastes as of it sat there in the urn all night . Read moreThey never put any sauce on their farmers wraps when they are supposed to and as a result the food is super dry hard to eat, and it's very sloppy made like it's thrown together... sad part is it happens 9 times out of 10 that we go to main Street store (closer to our home so more convenient to go there) it's crazy how different the other stores are in quality in the same town, we never have an issue at the connel street store. Some people may not care but a sandwich without sauce is disgusting to me and my ice cap is also only half full about 5/10 times...
