So I have been couple of times before in this restaurant and haven’t felt the rudeness ever from any staff but today when I visited this store and ask for some change instead of paying card pay because I was in need. That lady came up in a very rude attitude as if I asked for something free and talked in very bad manner which is totally unacceptable. Just wanna mention that it’s not that she didn’t help we got the change from the next door store but it’s about how she treated customer. If you’re working in customer service you should have basic customer service ethics and if not then you should not work for it and stay home. I have read reviews about that lady as I can identify people mentioned that she works on window and might be supervisor. Some people already have complaint about her. So I want management to look into this matter as serious cause for their store. If people like her gonna work unethical way like this such reviews will keep coming as I see number of complaints about them. Read moreAny of these 5 star reviews I can guarantee are coming from employees trying to not look bad at their job. This is easily the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Especially drive-through service. You can be waiting 10 minutes and you still won't have your food and then once you finally do get your food it's freezing cold. Also here's something I bet some of you didn't know, the only reason they ask you to pull to the front door while at the drive thru window, EVEN when no other vehicles are behind is so that it looks like they're providing quick drive-through services. There is a sensor by the drive-through window that times them. That's why they ask you to pull ahead because their timer restarts and it looks like their giving quick service. When in reality it takes 10+ minutes and even then food comes out cold. WROST...
Read moreI usually don't take the time to write reviews but I had to vent on this one. Myself and multiple coworkers have all experienced the same thing. The service is absolutely horrendous, they have zero sense of customer satisfaction. Most times they won't even greet you at the speaker, you have to sit there and yell at them. Again, this is the same experience that most of my coworkers experience. Not to mention the food! I mean it's fast food what do expect? I'll tell ya. Alot more then what they serve. The buns are not soft, they are freezer dried from not storing them properly and the food is always cold!!
