Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Woolwich

For those who care about review of the place and care about quality of menegers work. I came on my birthday on Feb 6,2025 at 3 pm. Asked for a gift for birthday. They told me I need an app for that. I parked and spent 20 mins for getting app because my internet was so slaw and the wifi of Tims was soo bad…then I went inside. I told I have an app. Guys were nice to me, but needed to ask a manager what should I do on app? Manager said I need to fill out profile. I did. But my gmail were stocked on my work email. I couldn’t-go to my regular mail to confirm email for the app. I spent for that another 20 mins. I started to have migraine because of all that. I asked if its possible to skip email conf.? I showed all my info on profile. I said that my email doesn’t open at all I can’t confirm. Can we skip it? And the manager said big NO. And told me step aside from the line. For other clients. Now! There was no clients behind me! I was not in a line. I spent 20 mins of all that not in a line. I was close to the wall quit and nice. I was very polite to everyone. And i left after this manager redness. And i used to come to this Tim every week. Now i will not! I wanted to grab timbits for my son. But now i will not. I went to Starbucks with the same request. They told me that i need an app. I said sorry i don’t have it. They asked manager if that’s ok that I don’t have it. He said YES! I grabbed my banana bread my daughters favourite food. I told them that i was in Tims with same request. And they kicked me out from place. People! This is so bad! It’s my birthday! I was almost crying. Now no to Tims! Yes...

I don’t want to give any star to this Tim Horton.Owner should post a sign on the entrance no immigrant allowed in this Tim Horton because staff make fun of the immigrants. Most of the people in Canada are immigrants from all our the world, some of them living here may be more than their five generations but they also don’t own it they are also included in immigrants who are saying they are Canadian because of their skin colour or they born in Canada .Black and brown people also Canadian but people count them in immigrants only. I order 2 Ice cap and one bagel, but they lady who took my order placed only half order looking at someone behind me and laughing, I asked her to place full order then she talk loudly to the person behind me “did you saw it or hear it” , I feel like she mocked me because she pretended she didn’t heard what I said due to accent or mask.Even I want to place more items in my order but I leave it because I don’t want to stay there more longer. She give me Ice Cap and throw the straws to me like she is giving something to eat to a slave in free.All the staff was very rude I never have this kind of rude behaviour in any Tim Horton.

If the owner really want to run this Tim Horton management and staff should be taught how to behave their customers without discrimination or staff didn’t had their name tags also.But Canada established by immigrants also.It’s people’s behavioural problems they accept immigrants or not.

This is one of the busiest Tim Horton's around. They're always understaffed. I've never seen a manager in 5 years. They have 4 of their best people on drive thru and 1 rookie on walk-in as if walk-in's have 1/2 hr to get a coffee. Lazy drive thru people are somehow more important. Today I go through the drive thru and she throws the pay machine in my car window and walks away. THREW IT! Didn't ASK me! I said what the hell, she proceeds to scream at me that I'm not a gentleman because she's the one with a broken hand and can't hold the machine. ??? Really because perhaps you shouldn't be working the friggin' drive thru window with a broken hand, how is this my problem? And I get yelled at for questioning it. Last Thursday I was double charged at the drive thru for 2 coffee's and I only got 1. 2 weeks ago I got a breakfast wrap and it was missing the vegetable mix. Other time's I've gone in and asked for ZERO sugar and 1 cream for a co-worker who's diabetic and they give me a double double. Most of the staff are incompetent. I can't list everything I've experienced at this Tim's for the last 5 years, there's not enough room. The owner of this establishment absolutely 100% does not have a hands on approach to running their business. It's embarrassing. The place is run like a joke and I still go there daily for 5 years.
