If there was an option to do 0 stars I would. I’ve lived in Elmira for several years and will absolutely never order from this place again. Please go to another local pizza spot like Pyramid.
Gunjin is the owner of this place and is so incredibly rude, taking our orders with attitude - so you’re pretty much asking your customers to find a different place to order from. You need to work on your service. You’re working in a township where people know people. Five of my big families live here as well and have stopped ordering from this place.
She purposely messed up my order TWICE without offering me a deal. YOU do not own up to your business name. You’re awful and your food is disgusting, dry and smelly.
I felt she just wanted to hurry up with my order and not listen properly to the few allergies we have. We won’t be ordering here nor recommending it to anyone. Gunjin should be replaced and the entire baking staff need to revamp their skills and work on the quality of...
Read moreI called this twice the deal and was rushed to make my order and than the man tried to bargain with me to buy a cancelled pizza with wings for 50 dollars when my order was only 20 bucks. I had to give him my address and when I did it took them an hour until they decided to call and say they couldn’t find it. So we fixed that by giving them the address again and now we waited another HOUR for me to call the driver and she HANGS up! I was nothing but polite and was met with horrible customer service. So then I called the store back about the order and he told me that I talked to quiet and slow when that was because apparently he couldn’t pick up what I was saying on his phone. And he also hung up on me first before that too. I’ve never had this bad customer service in my life and would not recommend this to anybody thinking of ordering from this pizza joint. All I wanted was a simple peperoni pizza and they couldn’t even do that. No wonder the person before us cancelled...
Read moreI walked in and ordered the 10.99 extra large 1 topping walk in special. The staff were polite and the location is your typical strip mall pizza joint. The pizza itself was ready in less than 15 minutes and steaming hot. It fed three of us for twelve and a half dollars and the quality was a very pleasant surprise. Crust - The dough was crisp on the bottom with a nice amount of chew to the crust. Sauce - quite good, with a hint of sweetness and visible herbs throughout. Toppings - The cheese and pepperoni were reminiscent of costco pizza, which at this price point is fair value. The topping amount was reasonable, neither overly generous, nor stingy. And the pizza had exactly the right amount of grease that you want from cheap pizza, enough to carry the flavour around, but without being disgusting. Overall very solid pizza for the price. If you need a quick and filling meal when passing through Elmira, I'd definitely recommend dropping 12.50 on...
