Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Woolwich

I can't begin to share how horrible of a place/management/delivery drivers etc this place is... who yells at the customer after your food is extremely late?

Literally said some extreme words that made me even walk back out the door after I had walked away... what delivery driver yells at a customer? Your late... it's not my fault!

Then you call the store with 0 apology from the manager

And get told you still have to pay for your food???

ABSOLUTELY MORE THEN DISSAPOINTED... can't wait to share my story in such a small town...

How many people do you tell about a bad experience before you say a good one?

me and my friends had recently ordered a pizza and began walking to pick it up. the one worker was absolutely foul giving me the middle finger while i greeted him. he then proceeded to get in my face using foul language and threatening me. we then walked in and told them to not continue with the ordered pizza (that they hadn’t started yet) and to cancel the order due to us being upset with their customer service. the same man from before then CHASED us out of the establishment while YELLING at us! never buying pizza from these guys again, if i could rate this 0 stars, I WOULD. I recently visited Pizza Hut, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The pizza was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked with a crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and just the right balance of flavors. Whether you’re a fan of classic Margherita or something more adventurous, they have a great selection to satisfy every taste.
