Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Yorkton

I enjoy the food at dominoes but the service is actually appalling. I have many food allergies and the one thing I actually enjoy ordering is a pizza with a different base. We usually get a pizza with honey garlic base and have never had an issue with it before. Always willing to pay extra as well! My partner used to work for Jordan at this location as a manager for many years, they would never turn down a customer request. We had to deal with not 1 but 2 dominoes workers fighting us on the phone, they were telling us that they could see what we were choosing online before we even sent the order and that our pizza was already made. Never heard of that before, kinda creepy though. They told us it’s so the food is delivered within 20 minutes but I’m used to pizza taking at least 45- 1 hour. If I wanted fast I’d go to a drive thru. It was a literal 2 seconds between sending the order online and calling the store to request a change. I KNOW how it cooks with different bases and it is what I like. Don’t fight with customers because you think you know better and you messed up.

I notice tons of reviews are gone/deleted. It's really hit and miss with Yorkton. Sometimes it excellent. Comes hot and the right amount of toppings. The next time, comes warm and soggy with next to nothing for toppings, especially cheese. Sometimes the delivery guy is nice and sometimes almost rude. You just never know what you're going to get. The INCONSISTENCY is unreal! Not to long ago, my pizza came piping hot, decent toppings and a nice delivery guy. The next time a few days later, it showed up about 50 minutes after I ordered it because he was delivering another pizza on the other side of Yorkton. It was warm, soggy and had nothing for toppings. Ordered a 14 inch thin crust deluxe online, their website was not working and the order went through as a cheese pizza, we opened the box to find a cheese pizza not the deluxe, even though we selected the deluxe online. We called dominos back and the man on the phone was not helpful at all, he just argued with us about the pizza instead of trying to accommodate us, not a sorry or nothing. I understand it’s not his fault but he should have at least tried to make us customers happy instead of disagreeing with us. I don’t even like plain cheese pizza and am very disappointed. If you order from here make sure you phone and confirm your order is correct. And check your box...
