Would give no stars if possible!!!!! Worst experience in a subway ever. Rudest staff I have ever met in a fast food restaurant.... Or anywhere tbh. My husband ordered his sandwich and the guy started grabbing the stuff, I asked him a question bout one of the rice bowls. He completely ignored me (and yes it was clear we were together as I was actually standing in front of my husband). It was so obviously rude that a random guy actually said 'they asked you a question' to which he responded 'its fine' while talking to the other guy (still ignoring me). He then continued taking the other guys order, then my husband's order he ignored me. Another staff member took my order. I then asked her if they had any fat free sauces (as I just went through two gallbladder attacks and cannot eat fat) before she could even respond he said 'they all have fat' in a very rude/snappy tone without even looking at me. Which I know mustard and hot sauce don't have fat', I was trying to see if something yummier was fat free but due to his snarky remark and not wanting to argue u got no sauce. Needless to say my food was very bland, I got hardly any meat or rice in my bowl. My husband's sandwich was also very slim. They guy put nearly no sauce on the sandwich and was very stingy with the other ingredients. Normally my husband is full after a 6 inch subway. This time he ate the full footlong and still wasn't full. So overall very poor. Food was flavorless, small portions/skimpy toppings and very rude staff. Plus I used the washroom and changed my 2 month old the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was old crusty piss all over the change table (thank God I bring my own changing pad and disinfecting wipes) the toilet was dirty, the floor, and overall just nasty. I am on my holiday and visiting Yorkton. Look, I see my community working here at Subway.
And what happened to me? I am so amazed, getting hate by others as usual, but what I listened to, I am amazed.
I was with my sister, and I placed an order with my mobile. Two girl employees were working in front with big voices and passing comments about what we ordered by phone, which is ridiculous. Fun fact that they don't know we are sitting over there and then one lady noticed we're sitting here and she told another lady, who was already frustrated at work, and said something about us. I am peacefully listening, and after that, we had pin-drop silence.
C'mon guys, be friendly at your work, and obviously, passing comments is a good way to relieve your workload at the store, but not in front of customers who placed their order.
I am hurt because i am General manager at my store and i know how to train staff to talk and handle customers not only white people you should have equal ethics to your people as well.

Read moreService was very poor. Asked if there was a three subs for $21 like other Subways I've been to and was rudely told 'nope, not at this subway. Never has been.' When I was very confused as to why. (He was not wearing a name tag) said 'not in Yorkton.' So I continued onto a steak wrap. He asked if I wanted it toasted (considering I worked at Subway for almost half a year or more) I knew it can't be toasted but he asked anyways. I told him no thanks, and that you're actually not supposed to toast it because folding the wrap makes it rip. He told me VERY rudely I was wrong, and that it is possible.
