It's a new place in Tarrafal with different food. There's a gallery too! They are planning to put up paintings of Cape Verdian artists. Now it's Joaquim Semedo. They serve Slavic food like blini (pancakes, crepes) and Olivie/Winter/Russian salad. They even make their own home mayonnaise. The prices are very reasonable. The service is quite fast even though they are understaffed and looking for some personnel.

We went 3 times there in 2 days, because the food is so delicious. I'm vegetarian and they could make amazing vegetarian meals, even if they are not written on the menu, actually everyday is a different menu, so if you go again you'll have...
