McDonald's — Restaurant in La Reina

This McDonald's has tons of issues which need to be addressed.

Firstly, the facilities themselves are clearly poorly maintained. Some of the signs on the sides of the building are missing letters, the bathrooms have graffiti in them, and everything is just clearly not very well cleaned.

Secondly, the ordering experience is terrible. The counter to order is really disorganized, so it's filled 50% with delivery drivers, and the rest have to go to one line. It's clear that this McDonald's wasn't built to handle the amount of orders it gets. Also, there isn't a real menu. Most McDonald's have a digital menu which shows a list of all the products it sells. This one, on the other hand, has a few advertisements in place of this. So instead of being able to see everything you can get, you can see the few burgers and ice creams which they are advertising at the time. Too small for a big space. Friday had an awfull experience, I went there arround 8:30 and used the automatic machines at the entrance to order my breakfast. I had to wait 35 minutes and still they didnt brought the meal. At the end I asked for the refund of my money and never ate a thing. The ice in the cake... when I was complaining of the bad service the manager begun to speak with another employee with a non complain related thing. I will do what I can sa a customer....

Jamás vengan en los turno de noche, es el peor de todos! Te atienden súper mal, te dan los pedidos incompletos o mal hecho. El día de hoy fuimos a comprar unas papas fritas bacon, pasamos al automac 2 y nadie nos quiso atender (adelante de nosotros había otro auto más esperando igual) llegamos a caja y nos dijeron que teníamos que hacer nuevamente la fila cosa que estaba lleno, que según los pedidos se hacen allá donde toman los pedidos, escuchamos que los de adelante también estaban reclamando y compraron como si nada y a nosotros no nos querían atender hasta que estuvimos diciendo que no nos moveríamos de ahí hasta que nos atiendan ya que el problema y error es de ellos no de nosotros. Cuento corto es una vergüenza las papas bacon, venía todo el tocino QUEMADO!, reclamamos y nos dicen “es así” está incomible y no me lo quisieron cambiar, un tocino jamás se a visto así y menos con sabor a quemado, todo fue un mal rato y sin ninguna solución, jamás pueden hacer nada y nunca tienen la voluntad de hacer algo, les pagan por hacer su pega y no la hacen! Es un horror este mc los turnos de noche, deberían de cerrar el local en las noches no pueden tener un personal tan mal capacitado y no es primera vez que nos pasan cosas acá en la noche/madrugada.
