曾經的大董一桌難求，這裡就是現在的一桌難求，已經四年蟬聯米其林一星🌟這幾年經常來，環境雅致，菜品優異👍又是一家隨便點不踩雷的京菜，招牌魚子醬烤鴨，每桌必點，絕味魚頭配油條，山楂鵝肝，桂花山藥酪，拔絲榴蓮，青島大蝦少白菜，多少新派餐廳模仿的菜😂毛血旺裡面足量大片的新鮮黑毛肚，正宗地道的老北京糖油餅😋每次回北京必胖五斤🤣🤣🤣

🇨🇳北京 ·四年蟬聯米其林一星🌟拾久新京菜 曾經的大董一桌難求，這裡就是現在的一桌難求，已經四年蟬聯米其林一星🌟這幾年經常來，環境雅致，菜品優異👍又是一家隨便點不踩雷的京菜，招牌魚子醬烤鴨，每桌必點，絕味魚頭配油條，山楂鵝肝，桂花山藥酪，拔絲榴蓮，青島大蝦少白菜，多少新派餐廳模仿的菜😂毛血旺裡面足量大片的新鮮黑毛肚，正宗地道的老北京糖油餅😋每次回北京必胖五斤🤣🤣🤣 🇨🇳北京· 米其林一星🌟新京菜🍷拾久 從環境到服務都無可挑剔的一家餐廳，包間外就是藍色港灣的美麗湖景，也是每次來都喝多的地方😅特別適合宴請朋友，生日聚會，上次回國是雙井店剛評上🌟，生意超級火，一桌難求 閨蜜生日，後半場已經喝到不太記得什麼特別好吃，點的基本都是我們平日經常吃的不踩雷的菜，傳統的京菜，還有新派融合菜，基本菜量還蠻大的，重點食材新鮮👍 ✨醋椒大黃魚，新鮮的黃魚，現煮的魚湯，滿滿的膠原蛋白😂每次都喝兩碗 ✨魚子醬烤鴨，個人覺得他家的烤鴨比某董的好吃 ✨絕味魚頭，配上大油條，他家的招牌菜，之後很多餐廳都開始做這個，這裡水平一直是最好的 ✨法國松露燒海參，中規中矩的一道燒海參，一定要來一小口米飯，湯汁拌飯絕絕子 ✨糊辣腰桿合熗，湖南炒豬肝的味道，混合腰片一起，沒有腥味，口感很棒 ✨大塊毛肚，地道的四川青花椒和辣椒，麻辣鮮香，毛肚又脆又入味 ✨中式炭烤澳洲牛肋排，肉質細膩，燒至入味，有嚼頭但又不塞牙 ✨青島大蝦燒白菜，作為一個地道的青島人，這就是小時候媽媽的家常菜味道，燉出來白菜的鮮甜味道，非常正宗 ✨炙子烤羊肉，老北京菜，羊肉跟洋蔥好香甜味融合在一起，一點都不油膩也沒有羶味 ✨山楂鵝肝，就是量太少，口感適中，非常好的開胃前菜 ✨意大利黑醋汁帶魚，中西混合的一道開胃菜，外表酥脆，裡面還有魚肉的汁水，口感很好，每次必點 ✨法國黑松露虎皮鳳爪，這是我的最愛，軟嫩入味 ✨芝麻菠菜，特調的麻醬汁搭配菠菜，清爽開胃 ✨麻辣雞絲面，真的好吃，調汁非常地道，真的好少量，麵條筋道，但是感覺吃兩三碗也不太合適😅 ✨芥末鴨掌，鴨掌不是乾的發出來，是新鮮的做的，乾的發完是有一種說不上來的怪味🥲 ✨老北京糖油餅，從地攤兒到米其林，把傳統美食發揮的淋灕盡致 ✨桂花山藥酪，山藥泥配上桂花糖，清甜爽口 ✨拔絲榴蓮，創意的搭配，每個球里都有滿滿的榴蓮肉，每次必點 整體還是很不錯的餐廳，宴請朋友不錯的選擇👍 🌹拾久(朝陽公園店) 📍北京市朝陽公園路6號院SOLANA藍色港灣KA10(北門入左側)
