Four Seasons Hot Pot — Restaurant in Chengdu

Amazing experience. We asked a local for the best hot pot in town and were fortunate enough to be directed to this place. The restaurant itself had a wonderfully clean and modern atmosphere. It was very crowded when we arrived but our hostess offered us a private room for our party of six. This cost roughly $6 USD per person (42 RMB per person). The room was quiet and spacious. Within the main center table were drawers that had bibs and aprons to protect us from any rogue oil and spillage. They have an assortment of oils and broths to appease any craving. Meat and vegetables were buffet-style, along with beverages. The servers were friendly and efficient. This is hands down the best hot pot we had in Chengdu and would absolutely recommend...
