This restaurant is a shining example of elegance, with table settings that exude refinement, complete with exquisite linen tablecloths, and decor that perfectly complements the architectural style of Cantonese Langnan cuisine, inspiring a truly exceptional dining experience. We ordered 3 items, and the braised beef shank served in a hotpot is a masterclass in culinary skill, transforming a tough cut of meat into a tender and flavorful delight, complemented by expertly chosen ingredients that elevate the dish to new heights. The small wedges of red dates add a touch of sweetness, while the tiger lily stem, crispy cloud ears, black mushroom, and oil-blanched garlic create a symphony of flavors that will leave your palate singing. The Lobak cake and deep fried wonton with sweet and sour dipping is to good standard. One minor disappointment with the sweet and sour dippings, restaurants of this ranking should never use imitation crab legs in a dish, is better off not to use the flake stuff if it affects the costing...
