Cloudy International Aaprtment — Hotel in Guangzhou City

PROS: location is real good in my opinion!! malls on the left and right, and its close to famous restaurants! plenty of food choices! definitely got to try the bao's pastry just right below and 廉记冰室 which is only 3mins away towards the left (roast pork and roast goose are to die for SLURPS!! receps are pretty friendly and nice, they helped us to keep all our taobao goods safely and indicated remarks on it so that we can easily collect them. we actually arrived ahead of check in time around 12:30 but they had room available so we were able to go up to our room immediately. pretty nice and clean room that is spacious enough for 3. great lightings both in the day and nightCONS: we got the room at level 28 but the given room were not the same as the first 2 photos in the listing, its the 3/4 photo of the listing with 2 beds placed side by side with just enough space in the middle for the chair. and i'm not very sure why the amenities provided were for 2 even though my booking was for 3, we requested for extra set of towels on the first night but subsequently they also didn't replenish for 3? pretty funny right? we just gave it and make do with 2 sets anyways. they had 2 sets of disposable towels slotted beside the mirror but TAKE NOTE those are chargeable!! its stated on the packaging if read carefully so we didn't use them. shower gel and shampoo provided felt quite funky too? my friend and i felt so itchy from it after shower so we just got our own shower gel and shampoo afterwards. Convenient to get to the Metro station using the basement connecting link filled with lots of food outlets and shopping. Clean, quiet and well managed. Need your room card to enter the lift lobby. The ground floor lobby and side doors to mall, will have a few reception counters for various accommodation companies for Amall. Cloudy International Apartment is very visible next to lift lobby entrance. Free luggage storage allowed at reception if you arrived early before check-in time or wish to check-out early and go eating or shopping before your departure. Contact and service with reception need to use Wechat. Remember to hang out the room cleaning card for service. House cleaning service provider did a very good job. No issue of missing personal items. Bottled drinks provided. Working fridge, induction cooker, microwave, cutleries, TV (Chinese channels only), WIFI and full function washing cleaner. We recently stayed at Cloudy International Apartment (Beijing Road Jiedeng Metropolis Store) and experienced a smooth check-in process. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the room assigned to us did not match the images provided at the time of booking. The condition of the room was unsatisfactory, with visible dirt on the walls and signs of mould.After bringing this to the attention of the management, we were promptly relocated to another unit. The second room was significantly better — spacious, clean, and more consistent with the photographs advertised during the booking process.Despite the initial inconvenience, we found the location to be excellent. The apartment is conveniently situated near Beijing Road, with direct access to the Metro station from the B2 level of the same building.
