Hingyue Restaurant — Restaurant in Guangzhou City

Service Attitude was horrible !!

I went back to GZ for a day just to visiting my family during the business trip in China. Booked this restaurant because grandma likes it. One of the manager came to served us for tea before we placed food orders. As her whole thumb was in the cup while taking them out from the drawer, therefore I kindly ask if she can provide a bowl for me to rains the cup without pointing it out why.

Her replies was inpatient and rude, she didn’t even turned her back just told me not to do it because the cup she can assure it’s clean! I was truly surprised for the attitude and just say ok I will do it myself it’s fine, thank you. She becomes angry and raised the voice say :I told you don’t have to do it so don’t have to do it just leave it! I asked her name before she walks out from the room and shocked by the service attitude from a manager role!

I truly suggest the restaurant to provide training again to the lady who is in the manager role how to control the emotions and what service is! Unless that’s your service standards and I will say There are plenty of restaurants in GZ can do better taste of food and with much better...
