Hongtufu is located in White Swan Hotel, and it is a straight walk from the entrance. The restaurant has been named a Michelin guide for five years, and it boasts an amazing view of Guangzhou’s harbor. The dimsum was very expensive, some of the most expensive I’ve ever had in Guangzhou, but the overall taste was not up to par and the portions were relatively small. We had to wait about 50 minutes to get inside and when we got in we had to wait a while to get each dish. If you are staying in White Swan Hotel, this is a decent option for breakfast. The setup is nice

The restaurant serves only dim sum. The Crispy Cakes (saqima 萨其马) is great) is fantastic and highly recommend. Their Egg Tarts are nice too.

A wide variety of Chinese Teas are available. Both normal grades and premium grade teas are available.

Service is acceptable.

Cleanliness is good.

Prices are above the usual prices.

Well maintained public washrooms...

Well deserving of the michelin star this place has. Was there on a Monday around 10am and there was no queue. We were seated right away and the tea service to kick off the meal was great. I was surprised that the same high quality came with dish after dish. Nothing disappointed, and the egg tarts to close off was the perfect flakiness with the pefect egg to pastry ratio.
