Jiumaojiu Lao Noodle Restaurant — Restaurant in Guangzhou City

The kitchen is open and impeccably clean. And yes, when you are walking by it is the big well lit place on the corner (you will never find the name in English, and even the Chinese characters don’t match to my eye). The dumplings are spectacular (see photo). The noodles were good, a bit over cooked but with a shaved noodle you still get plenty of bite. You can get a beer if you ask nicely.
