반찬앤쿡 Banchan & Cook (屯門市廣場店) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Went for lunch (Tuen mun branch)and the staff was going to seat me between 2 other occupied tables .( only 2 tables were taken in the restaurant) I asked if I could be seated a bit away rather than between 2 cramped tables. The lady shouted at me and refused my request. It’s ok to refuse the request however shouting at your customers is unacceptable. It’s covid times and restaurant are dying a slow death and instead of valuing your customer one gets treated here like an animal. I walked out immediately. The staff actually laughed at me. Clearly they don’t realise that the customer pay their salaries. I guess whoever is recruiting their employees have no experience in service. I’d rather take my business where one is appreciated. The competition in Tuen mun plaza is fierce. We are spoilt for choices. Never going back...

It is quite spacious, but the staff with slow processing speed. The staff do not walk around the restaurant, but standing in front using their mobile phones during lunch hour. 焦糖脆脆炸雞LULU FUN享桶 ($155)無骨炸雞仍保持微脆且肉質嫩滑，外層裹上焦糖漿稍為黏牙，但味道彷似焦糖爆谷般香甜可口，另外更配上炸年糕、薯條及焦糖爆谷相當豐富，尤其是炸年糕煙煙韌韌再沾上焦糖漿別有風味。

BIG LU漢堡 ($155) 麵包烙上LuLu頭像並以牛油烘香，雙層牛肉漢堡肉質厚實，與車打芝士及番茄梅花間竹毫不油膩。值得一提的是漢堡旁亦有加上大量熔岩芝士，口感綿密細滑應有混合薯蓉，不會輕易凝結成塊狀之餘鹹香十足。

LULU豬粉紅慶典蛋包飯 ($188) 飯底加入番茄製成LuLu豬造型，或因考慮到顏色深淺彷真程度，番茄味比較清淡自然。劃破流心奄列後更有如為LuLu豬蓋上棉被一樣，別出心裁而蛋漿亦水嫩滑溜，配上牛油燒虎蝦及鰻魚惟鰻魚細骨稍多。

LULU棒棒CROFFLE ($98) 配上鮮忌廉、牛油曲奇、焦糖脆脆、朱古醬及彩針倍覺繽紛，牛角包窩夫質感厚實並略帶韌性近似酸種麵包，牛油香氣濃郁醇厚，可惜旁邊倒立雪糕筒中原來只是朱古力忌廉，軟滑細膩但如改為雪糕冷熱交融定必更勝一籌。

暖LULU香蕉朱古力奶 ($48) 朱古力味濃郁醇厚，陣陣香蕉味恰如其分。
