Tai Hing — Restaurant in Tuen Mun District

Today I went there for tea time around 3pm. Ordered a ham sandwich. After 10 minutes. The sandwich arrived. It smells like a bad slime spread on the bread with ham. It stinks. See how the sandwich is cut? How many toothpick on the sandwich? The things spread on the white bread inside the bread stinks like some sort of vomits. This is the worst sandwich u can get from Tai Hing restaurant in Tuen mun town area. This will ends my 8 years visit to this restaurant. When there is blind server serving bad food from the kitchen it is totally un acceptable. No managers to complain to. That is why some Tai Hing restaurant just do what they want and get...

They claimed good/high quality Chinese BBQ and better than norms service from commercials. Roast pork belly, fridge temp, obviously skin not crispy, maybe intentional and they are proud of? Poached soy chicken, not sure if it's their standard offering, we got a chicken wing? Service wise, we ordered on our phone, so not quite sure where the service was at.
