Food is well flavoured to my taste. The oxbone soup macaroni, the pork cutlet and the mayo that comes with it. The taste was satisfying and the portions were filling. Price is reasonable, around 35$ for a meal. It is a sort of food court style, you order your food and then go grab it at the counter after finding a seat on your own. So there are no waiter/waitress serving you. The wait time isn't too long, so that is good too. The only problem for me was the milk tea, didn't really taste like anything. (3 years ago)

I am surprised I ended up ordering the same meal as I did 3 years ago at this fast food chain, with a slight twist. I am so happy that the quality of the food is still the same, great flavours and great quality. I really enjoyed the crispiness of the skin on the chicken cutlet and the softness of the bun. The oxbone soup is also still full of flavours and tasty. The only things that changed are the prices, just a bit more expensive, around 39$ for a similar meal and the portion, which is a bit smaller. Even though the portions are a tiny bit smaller, they are still really reasonable and filling nonetheless. I am also happy to see that their HK Style milk tea has improved in flavours. It's still a bit too watery in my opinion but it's a lot better than what...

Frankly, I was looking for another chain food store, but found it closed for renovation. Yeah, huge dismayed but what else to do? Plan B came to rescue and my hungry stomach at time, said thank you. Food is at best mediocre per say, being that soup saved it, otherwise the fish isn’t edible. Then again, I should have ordered something else, knowing that seafood at chain store is something to avoid. Oh well, you...

Very busy. People hogging lots of space so difficult to find where to sit. Good to have a seat and just have some drinks and relax for a minute during shopping.
