Ink & Plate — Restaurant in Hong Kong

We came here for lunch and at first I thought the food was going to be ok here given that the hotel rooms were mid overall, but wow the buffet in this hotel sure surprised us! Quality and taste were all great from everything we tried, and of course as anticipated, adorable Mickey shapes here and there on different dishes, which is always a nice touch… you’re in a Disney hotel after all, what’s not to love? This restaurant may look small but they sure packed quite an international range, and lots of variety food-wise where there is something for everyone. Everything we tried was delicious; from the sashimi tasting so fresh, to cooked food being perfectly warm, and the cute desserts not being too sugary. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, there was also an ice cream fridge with a toppings section! And as expected in any Disney resort, there’s also a meet and greet with a Disney character that goes around the restaurant, which is all part of the experience. Loved our time here and I can say that this is a fantastic buffet for both adults AND kids. Given this place is pricey per person (different prices for adults and kids), I strongly suggest booking for the lunch or dinner, as personally I thought the breakfast is not as much of a variety compared to the other two....

We had the breakfast buffet at Ink & Plate, located on the ground floor of the Hong Kong Disneyland Hollywood Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. The food selection was good. From a live egg station to a made-to-order noodle bar, there was something for everyone. We actually found it better than the breakfast buffet at the Explorers Lodge.

One of the highlights was the opportunity for kids to meet a Disney character during the meal service. Definitely a lovely touch that adds some magic to the experience. While the service could have been a bit warmer (especially for a Disneyland resort), it was still generally fine.

Had my first dine when i arrived in the hotel Thursday arvo for late lunch. I was served by cutie staff named “William” with lovely Maggie. They served alcohol which is great! I had a buffet brekkie the next day and food was delicious! Love the cakes and able to meet Minnie “ one my fav character “.

Last day, had lunch and the selection of food so great! Thanks to Agnes,Kit and Pam for their great service.
