Ventured from the not-so-far-away Disneyland Resort to Explorers Lodge to try the Chart Room Cafe breakfast. We went right at 7:30AM, as foreigners we weren't used to the restaurants and park here opening so late! The cafe was not busy at all for the entire time we were there, which was until around 8AM. We did go at seemingly non-peak season so this may be different on your trip.
We ordered one HK Style Breakfast and one American Style Breakfast, each HKD$168. This is around $20 USD, which is reasonable in my eyes for a themed breakfast in a Disney Resort. Read moreWe came back to the hotel after the fireworks at Disneyland, tired and hungry especially after the long wait for the hotel shuttle bus (super peak hour). This cafe was a lifesaver as it was just near our room and food were served almost instantly.
Food portion was huge, some sets come with drinks(&some with yoghurt too, so my small kids were really thrilled) Taste good too.
Staff were very helpful too, she helped me to bring the food to my table as I was with small kids. Thank you!! All these little gesture really meant alot to me.
Would recommend a quick meal/supper here especially after a long day at the Disneyland before going back...
Read moreThis place is expensive for a quick service restaurant but we really loved our breakfast here. Unless you have a big appetite the portions are big enough to share. I had the kids Mickey waffles and I was super full at the end and wished I had shared it. It comes with 2 waffles, a big portion of eggs, fruit and a sausage (which I switched for fish) and tea or coffee for 130 HKD.
