If you are not ready with the menu, do not present the full menu outside and waste your customer's time browsing through it, making the decision to come in, and then your staff don't know the menu items.. running around to get a spare menu, flipping through it and then finding out that the item is not yet available. This makes for a very bad customer experience.

For a newly open restaurant, if you are not passionate about your food, you already lost 50% of your potential customers right on opening weekend. It will be some time before I can muster the interest to come check out if your food is available or not. Simply...

Ordered the takeaway, waitress said need to wait for around 30min. However wait for almost a hour. Too much phone call orders that lead to long long long wait! Downgrade 1 Star. Prefer 1 hour phone call in advance next time and wait at home.
