What’s up with the girl on the counter? (Glasses and Tattoos) Went in to order take away she was instantly standoffish. I ordered a carbonara and a milk tea. Got a bolognese… When I asked what had happened to my order she went in a huff like I had messed it up somehow? She snatched it back off me and said for carbonara I need to pay more. I said it’s ok I’ll just take the bolognese (to save her the trouble) which seemed to annoy her even more. “Sorry” is usually enough in this kind of mix up. Yet she seemed to be trying to make me feel like I was in the wrong. Ice cold fish fillet

I have been here a number of times since it was opened. Last night I ordered a fish burger. The condiments were fresh, but the fish fillet was fried on the outside yet 100% raw and ice cold on the inside. It was returned and a replacement was served about 10 minutes later (with a fillet half the size of the original one). No apology in word or action was given whatsoever.

I do try to support small local businesses but sadly this is definitely an inexcusable first strike. I may still come back, but not...
