Ruby Tuesday (Tseung Kwan O) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

This Ruby Tuesday maybe is one of the best I’ve been to. The food was good, I order medium-well steak, and it was just right, the beef was tender, juicy and fresh. The Ruby Refresher was good also, but it maybe could be more cold. The design was also looking neat and modern, with 3 automatic hand washing machines, one lowered for young kids. The seats were wide and comfortable. The staff was nice also, service was efficient. There was also a cafe inside the restaurant, and I saw they were selling juice, although I didn’t eat there. One down side was that there was no WiFi and mobile data couldn’t connect, I hope they would improve or add WiFi.

The impossible burger I ordered tasted good, and the service was generally alright. However, the coordination of timing food service was very poor. In my group of 8, 3 main dishes came out a good 10-15 minutes before others, making it awkward to eat while my food was still hot when others hadn't received their meal yet. I hope Ruby Tuesday can improve their ability to get all plates for a table out at the same time or at least within 1-2 minutes of each other. We are a member and I am worried about them. Not that I don't like the American food, it is about the pricing. Their menu is ridiculously priced and scares away everyone. How can it survive in Hong Kong?

A coffee is more expensive than Starbucks at HKD 58! A glass of alcohol is HKD 108 plus tax.
