Omg, it is a wonderful restaurant for seafood and goose! The meaty goose was delicious with the secret sauce! The portion of the goose is unexpected! Another dish is about sweet and sour pork with pineapple! the pork was really fantastic. It was meaty and crunchy! It also provided the fresh pineapple 🍍to eat with the pork. Yummy! Tuen Mun Sam Shing Estate is basically domestic choice of Sai Kung to local Hongkongers to have seafood cuisine. Firstly, you have to pick and choose your own seafood in the wet market (raw materials), and bring along to restaurants nearby (like this one) for cooking. Restaurants usually collect processing fees based on the weight of your raw materials, but all in all, Sam Shing is usually a bargain compared to other famous places like Sai Kung or Lei Yue Moon. 成日聽人講去三聖要食海鮮👽但我一直以嚟淨係去過燒嘢食🤣今次終於去食下海鮮啦 食完海鮮仲可以行下 外面仲有好多新鮮嘅海鮮賣 有啲漁民總會喺船上面叫賣 好有feel 仲可以買完拎去餐廳度加工～不過最緊要就係要識講價買海鮮😆

👅 上湯龍蝦(⭐10/10) 一上枱已經覺得佢個擺盤超高質～～成隻龍蝦上碟，用嘅上湯味道啱啱好(如果加埋伊麵食應該仲正)，而且龍蝦超入味，龍蝦肉又爽口彈牙，感覺到佢用料係好新鮮，絕不馬虎😎識食一定連龍蝦腳嘅肉都食埋😍

👅 豉椒炒蜆(⭐8/10) 炒蜆我最驚嘅就係食到有沙～但今次呢間清得好好👏🏻食晒成碟都冇一隻係有沙嘅，而且每隻蜆都炒得好均勻～唔會話有啲有味有啲無味👍🏻佢仲用咗三色椒嚟炒，令到成碟餸會有多啲唔同嘅味道食下😎而且蜆肉份量都好多下 絕對唔使驚唔夠食😍

👅 避風塘瀨尿蝦(⭐9/10) 瀨尿蝦上碟嗰時可以用巨型嚟形容 真係好大隻🤣而且超多我勁鍾意嘅避風塘炸蒜粒粒，瀨尿蝦嘅蝦肉都新鮮彈牙，再用避風塘嚟炒，成件事若味好多😍而且瀨尿蝦入面仲有啲膏 cp值好高👍🏻

👅 薑蔥炒蟹(⭐8/10) 首先講吓隻蟹先，隻蟹係多肉嘅蟹之餘仲要爆蟹膏～蟹殼本身廚師已經好貼心咁扑碎咗小小，所以好容易就可以拆肉嚟食😍而且佢連啲配菜既薑蔥都爆得好香 好好食😋
