Dragon inn has the look and feel of an old school style Cantonese restaurant. If you are looking for high quality seafood than this is the place for you. The skill of the cooking here is really high and even the simple dishes like the vegetables were done very well. The price is really the reason why I don’t give it five stars. Before even ordering any food there is a charge for tea, the sauces, and the peanuts that they provide for you. I find this ridiculous and the pricing for the dishes is also on the high end. However, the portions are quite large.

The razor clams here are fantastic and I highly recommend ordering. The cooking was really perfect and the clams had a nice chewy, soft and spring texture which I never have tasted I. Other restaurants where I have ordered the same dish.
I also really enjoyed the salt and pepper squid. The version here is a bit spicy. The portion size is quite large so this dish is good value for the menu.

Food: Cheesy lobster: wow! crispy cheese on the outside + melted cheese in the middle + thick lobster meat on the inside! this lobster "sandwich" is definitely impressive! baked oyster with port wine: the timing of the cooking is just perfect and the sweetness of the port wine matched perfectly with the oyster. and I like how the side of the oyster is slightly crunchy adding texture to it seafood soup: a lot of ingredients used, fish, clams, shrimp, crab, other shellfish, tofu etc. super sweet soup, love it so much! -Steam fish: it's a huge fish and they steam the fish perfectly, very smooth fish meat steam crab over glutinous rice: the chewy glutinous rice absorb the sauce and taste of the crab, was already pretty full but can't stop eating it Double boiled coconut with milk dessert: 10/10! smooth milk dessert with coconut taste, thumbs up for that!

Nearby the Castle Peak Seafood Street, you can grab your own seafood and hand it to the chef here. Of course you can also order any seafood here but expect it to wait for longer time as they have to order from the Seafood Street to ensure the freshness.
One of the must order dishes is the “Baked Whole Lobster with Butter and Cheese”, which has really strong flavour of cheese. The overall texture feels like cheese bread with crispy skin, but you can really enjoy bunches of meats!
The black pepper crab is also excellent, with strong aroma of pepper, but not that spicy.
