I was a bit skeptical venturing into an alleyway on a rainy day but since many people have been raving about this establishment, I decided to give it a try. Normally, I prefer to sit down and taste the chicken fresh out of the chopping board, however, they currently only do takeaways. My expectations are high given that the restaurant is run by a former chef from the Grand Hyatt hotel and they also use the notoriously famous three yellow chicken, which the freshness of the meat should be guaranteed. Normally I don’t eat blanched chicken skin cause most places its taste greasy and I don’t enjoy the texture but here it was different the skin was bouncy not too fatty.
