3 stars for Playing Field 1 (other sections are notes about Playing Field 1). One side had many divots, and was lumpy (goes up and down multiple times within 2m). Other side was soft. Middle of the field was firm.
Notes: Only 1 vending machine near the check in counter (Pocari, tea etc). Better to buy water from other areas, eg convenience store in the MTR station. At certain hours, the buildings at Ultima provide some shade from the sun, but the sun also shines through gaps between the building. The sudden transition from shade to bright light can be annoying when looking in that direction. Washrooms + changing rooms are a short walk from the sports ground (base of the hill). Changing rooms usually locked and can only be opened 1 hr prior to booking: not readily available for teams...
