Sok Kwu Wan has stolen my heart, and so has Lo So Kitchen. It's one of the smaller establishments on the stretch with mainly seafood restaurants, but definitely worth a visit if you're on this side of Lamma island... Maybe rephrase. This place is definitely worth taking a boat to Lamma Island for 😂 It has a wide selection of beers and non-alcoholic drinks, both local special options and more standard international ones. The food is particularly tasty, fresh and we'll made. We had mainly snacks and fish and chips because the regular kitchen already closed, but those were some delicious bites on the table! Crispy, flavorsome, delicate, not too greasy, just jummy. And if that was not enough, the staff makes you feel right at home, with their friendly and warm attitude! It's a local family run business so the money doesn't go to some rich persons 4th car, but supports the livelihood of the family. Hope to come...

LoSo Kitchen is associated with the former LoSo Shop that was found up in the village of Lo So Shing. They are located near the end of First Street in Sok Kwu Wan just before you encounter the ferry pier where you take the HKKF ferries to/from Central. Opening hours are 10.30am to 9pm daily.

They have a casual seating area and doing a nice job of creating required social distancing for diners during the pandemic. The menu is a range of traditional western bar snack foods and a few mains. They have a nice range of beers and other drinks, making this a nice place to take a drink break while waiting for ferry rides, leaving Sok Kwu Wan back to Central.

We stopped here and enjoyed a fresh coconut and a London Black Cab Stout which was all just fine and reasonably priced. Service was very...

Wonderful family owned business. We went with our dog and they were so accommodating. The service was friendly. The price was reasonable. They use environmentally friendly paper straws. They made you feel the.wonderful aspect of 'local' small business in Hong Kong which has become almost extinct in recent years. The atmosphere and cleanliness was excellent. Will definitely come back here again when we next visit...

Nice little spot right at the water’s edge next to Sok Kwu Wan pier. We didn’t try the food, but each had a beer while waiting for the next ferry. The beers weren’t the most affordable we’ve had (about 50 HKD per bottle for a local brew), but not the worst either. They seemed to have a pretty decent selection as well. We got a table right next to the water since it was busy which was nice. Overall, a pretty good experience.

Went there on a Friday afternoon. There were plenty local tourists passed by but it was quiet and cosy after the tourist groups were gone. Plenty beer choices and the snacks (we ordered wings and onion rings) were nice. The owner was friendly. Great choice to spend a chilling afternoon by the sea.
