Plaza Inn — Restaurant in Islands District

We had the worst Disney dining experience here. We have been to Disneyland and California Adventure and Tokyo Disney. We flew in from Philippines for a one day trip to Hong Kong just to experience a trip to Disney park with family members that have not been to any Disney park before. The park it self is not much different with other Disney attraction but the an experience with dining at Plaza Inn gave us a really bad experience in service and in food quality. First, seven people in our party so we are fourth in line, they are letting people in behind us in first that are less then seven people, so after awhile we finally told then the you can split us if needed, we just need to be seated. Took a few more minutes to be seated. Based on the front reservation person's advice we ordered the combo for a faster service so we did. We noticed the table around us who came in after us was served much earlier than us and almost finished their food, our order came one dish at a time with a long wait in between. I counted 5 dishes in the span of more than 30 minutes. Not to exaggerate, we ordered 1 Coke soda 5 times, took them more than 15 minutes to serve and they brought 2 cans. The servers are all walking pass us and hard to get their attention. The food quality is bad, very bland and not appetizing and very small serving. Allergy information on the menu is missing so two of our party were not able to eat due to allergy concerns. Not sure if the service related to us not being able to understand Chinese but majority of my family members felt that we were discriminated. The first staff who served our table wasn't quite fluent in English. We ordered 2 bowls of small congee / stir fried vegetables with garlic / pork / fried rice and tea. Stir fried vegetables turned out to be a dish of just plain boiled broccoli with no garlic. We had to ask to re-do it. And then, the congee, JUST 1 bowl came to our table. We had to ask them to bring us 2 bowls as we ordered. BUT. as soon as they gave us another one and I started to eating it, someone who looks more like a manager came to me and tried to TAKE AWAY the congee from our table, saying that he should take it away because we ordered just ONE!!... I had to tell him again that we ordered TWO so you go to the Pos and fix the order if you need, INSTEAD of taking away the customer's already eaten food!... By the time we pay the bill for our table, I asked him whether if I can get the cast member discount(as I'm eligible to get discount every restaurant in the Disney resort and have used that privilege for the whole day there.)
