Read more開始入秋,天氣涼涼哋係時候食火鍋,但又唔想咁單調,和歌山極上二人盛就可以滿足曬心多多嘅我;起初疑慮輪椅入去是否方便,但原來擔心得太多,無論門口到店內間都足夠。 $388就可以食到日本優質烹調食物,套餐包括前菜、天婦羅拼盤、鍋物、煮食及甜品,無論你有幾三心兩意,想滿足幾多個胃,到一定唔會失望。除此之外,仲可以$28加配特飲,或$98配酒類飲品。 特飲都係以清新為主,今次選了粉紅葡萄柚玫瑰茶,及手搖鮮水果茶,鮮艷一紅一黃相當給精;葡萄與柚子配撘,能覆蓋柚子澀味[,再配合玫瑰花香味, 大自然清香在口腔內散發;至於水果茶有豐富果香,也見到百香果粒及其他,相信也很鮮甜。 率先上枱嘅係枝豆同埋墨魚鬚;原條枝豆放入口就感受到佢外皮上面嘅味道,在將粒豆擠出黎一齊食嘅時候,喺口入面融和配合得非常之好,食到唔捨得停口;至於墨魚鬚,爽脆肉厚,在佩爾蓀汁調味醃製,十分開胃。 之後上枱嘅就係令人期待天婦羅,嚟到嘅時候仲係熱辣辣、香噴噴,兩隻大蝦、兩件厚厚墨魚、兩件南瓜、一件矮瓜、兩片紫蘇葉,食材新鮮,大蝦鮮甜,當中我最鍾意就係厚厚嘅墨魚,肉質厚實爽甜,口感實在令人回味。 到咗鍋物,因為朋友唔食蠔,所以我哋揀咗雞肉美人豆乳鍋;鍋內放置咗唔同嘅蔬菜,黃牙白、金菇、冬菇、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、豆腐等等,配合埋豆與烹調,就更加能夠帶出蔬菜嘅甜味,亦都有一份嫩滑口感;趁住未落肉之前我哋特登試飲一下鍋豆乳,那份香濃豆乳喺口腔內散發,非常可口。因為所定嘅豆乳不多,放咗雞之後又驚唔熟,所以可能煮得太耐,令到厚厚嘅雞髀肉都變得不夠鮮嫩,但係依然能夠保留雞味。 主食喺抹茶蕎麥麵,我哋2人分別各自揀咗一冷一熱,熱食嘅湯面上面放滿了青蔥;至於我選嘅冷麵,麵質嘅口感好好,配合冷麵醬汁以及薑蓉同埋青芥辣一齊食,真係恰到好處。 食完煮食,當然係嚟到甜品時間,為咗滿足喜歡食溏心蛋嘅我,雖然已經好飽,但都額外加叫咗一隻溏心蛋,溏心滑溜,蛋味香濃,一人一半就啱啱好,當係甜品前嘅總結;到咗正式嘅甜品,我哋2個人都選擇咗食朱古力味雪糕,雪糕球唔會好快溶,而且朱古力味濃郁,亦唔會只係得瞓死甜,都係高質嘅雪糕,違者一餐...
