Nougat is traditionally made from honey, almonds and egg white. 絕對是在地推介! 這家鄰近美孚地鐵站，有30年歷史的傳統麵包店經常都人流如鯽。它以曲奇和牛軋糖而聞名，但其實新鮮出爐的蛋撻和葡撻也很不錯！

他們製作很多不同種類的曲奇。杏仁味、咖啡味、巧克力味、斑蘭味、牛油味，還有很多選擇。他們是以重量計價，以袋裝或罐裝出售，你可以挑選你想要的味道。他們亦有售賣雜錦曲奇，鐵罐包裝亦頗具懷舊特色。

我個人比較喜歡它的曲奇。但也推薦鳥結糖。這家麵包店的鳥結糖仍然是手工製作的，並且有許多創新口味，如巧克力、咖啡、黑芝麻、杏仁、杏仁和梅子。它們他們還提供了一個什錦套裝，裡面有不同的口味，一次過滿足你的口腹! 現在有些網店也能買到這套裝。

Definitely a local gem! This 30 year old traditional bakery near the Mei Foo MTR station is always packed with people. It is famous for its cookies and nougat, but the freshly baked egg tarts and pastel de nata also taste great!

They make many different kinds of cookies. Almond, coffee, chocolate, pandan, butter, and a long list to go. They are priced by weight and sold in bags or cans so you can pick the flavor you want. They also sell assorted cookies in a nice looking vintage tin box.

I personally like their cookies better. But I also recommend the nought. This bakery still makes their nought by hand. They offers many innovative flavors such as chocolate, coffee, black sesame, almond, and plum. They also offer an assorted set with different flavors to satisfy your appetite in one go! Nowadays, you can also buy their assorted nought set on some online stores.

By the way, they are all in affordable price....

this bakery is most famous for their wonderful range of nougart. HOWEVER....because they are famous, they have also become a bit too greedy....setting their prices quite high. if you don't care about thr cost, then by all means indulge.
