Star rating based on chain restaurant standards. Its a self service restaurant, but i give 5 stars for service because of the good service received from ordering counter to waitress cleaning the table upon customer leaving.
Foods is good. I like the sweet and sour pork, spaghetti, braised pork, Ah wood curry beef rice, turnip cake, winter melon double boiled soup, baked pork rice, milk tea, hot chocolate and red bean fleecy.
Lots of variety to choose. The digital menu board is clear with prices and pictures of the dishes shown.
As you enter the restaurant, there is an order cashier / counter. This is where you order your food, paid and take a ticket. You can pay by cash or octopus card. When your number is called, you collect your food from pick up counter. Seats are plenty but quite full on peak time. You probably want to ask to share the table with someone. Or wait for people to finish their food and leave.
Price is reasonable for portion received. White rice is free if you want more. Ask from the pick up counter. Hot /warm water counter are available, help your self with it.
I would go back to dine in any of this chain restaurant. They are saturated all...

Fairwood is one of Hong Kong’s most popular fast-food chains, offering affordable and efficient local-style meals. The branch I visited was clean and spacious, and despite the lunchtime rush, service was efficient with quick meal delivery.
I ordered the signature "Baked Pork Chop Rice with Cheese"—the combination of cheese and tomato sauce was rich and appetizing, though the pork chop was slightly dry. The fried rice base was flavorful. Another dish, "Swiss Wings with Instant Noodles," featured tender and well-marinated wings, but the noodles were too soft, and the sauce was a bit salty. For sides, the fried chicken leg stood out with its crispy skin and juicy meat.
The drink menu was diverse; the iced lemon tea was refreshing but overly sweet. Overall, Fairwood offers good value for money, catering to office workers and families seeking a quick meal. While some dishes are average, its consistent quality and budget-friendly prices keep...
Read moreFairwood group's food and tea are not good. I used to get the deep fried Sweet Pork Ribs dinner meal set only the past 20 years. No more because I ordered the same at the Kai Tin Arcade branch last week, all the pork ribs cubes have no meat at all, instead only the deep fried powder covered with air inside...
