Absolutely horrible experience at this branch of Saizeriya, miles worse than what was good affordable food in Japan, or even any branch in Hong Kong really.
The manager told us to wait for seats even though there are five empty tables available for our party of three to sit. He actively wants us to go away from the restaurant, ignoring our requests at the door, and recieving next to no service. He ignored us with every turn, making us stand at the door like idiots. It wasn't until we forcibly sat ourselves at one of the empty seats that we got any form of reception. But to no one's surprise, what comes after questionable service is questionable food and questionable hygiene.
The food was beyond tasteless and dire. One example would be the fact that the mashed potatoes had noticeable flour clumps in them, and another would be that the spinach in the salmon spinach pasta is clearly blanched instead of cooked with the cheesy pasta water.
The hygiene as well was horrendous. The dishes that we were provided were oily, along with the utensils. They were so disgusting that we had to request for another set even among the drawer of utensils they provided, and even then we felt the need to wash the utensils with boiling water.
Overall, a horrid experience, and I will strongly advice anyone living near laguna city or any guest against going to this branch of Saizeriya. This is an absolute joke of a restaurant, and a sheer mockery of the...

When it first opened, it was very popular, but it received some negative publicity later on, which affected its reputation. However, I personally think that it's worth trying. For a relatively low price, you can enjoy Western cuisine, which is quite satisfying. My favorite part is their self-service beverage bar, where you can enjoy a variety of drinks for a reasonable price. In fact, just having two cups of coffee there already makes it worth the price.
One of their recommended dishes is the "Big Satisfaction" set, which includes a black pepper hamburger patty, two sausages, two chicken wings, a serving of french fries, a plate of rice, and access to the self-service beverage bar. All of this is priced at HKD 60, which is quite reasonable. Nowadays, the most important thing for me is to sit quietly and enjoy a cup of coffee and some food without too many people around. It's...

Postscript On 9 June, 2024, my wife had a party with her friends. She suggested my coming here for dinner alone. Having the restaurant’s two signature dishes for $60 did...
