The service here is friendly and fast but a bit sloppy. Some waitresses are smoking by the entrance and smoking while bringing food to your table which ruins the appetite a bit and it also says a lot about the cleanliness of the place. What didn't bother me and I found interesting is that there is a Mahjong table at the end of the restaurant and some people just started playing when we were eating. The place is a bit hidden and you have to climb a staircase to get to it. It's a bit tricky to find and the area looks a bit shady. The food is decent. If you're a foreigner and would like to experience the noisy yet cheery atmosphere of the locals after a day of work, ask a local friend to take you there at around 8pm.
