After the revitalization project, the environment nearby has definitely improved, featuring grassy areas and benches for relaxation. The pedestrian paths are quite comfortable, allowing for pleasant strolls to the Kwun Tong industrial area and the Kwun Tong waterfront/Cha Kwo Ling Promenade. Transforming a canal into such an inviting public space is really commendable, and I think the project has been fairly executed.

This is a pleasant addition to the otherwise boring junction for pedestrians. I walk past the garden several times in a week. One evening, I spent time bringing out some of its colours! Postscript A while ago, the garden became pet-friendly. It has become our family pet’s main territory. She knows her way and leads us here.

A nice greenery by the now rebranded Tsui Ping River, which unfortunately still kinda stinks after the facelift.

六、七年前喺觀塘區返工時，呢到有個舊公園仔及有條河，不時有臭味，而家重建起左個新公園，多左綠色地方，又可以喺四周擠迫商廈位置多一個空間俾上班族lunch 行下及小休，雖然唔係好大，但最緊要空氣清新左！

公園細細卻像是大部份觀塘人必經之地，皆因鄰近地鐵站及碼頭，四週商廈林立，時刻人來人往。不知在香港人急速步伐下，誰會為這小片綠草地放慢腳步。適逢園內美人樹開花，綠草紅花，相當悅目。
