Ima coffee is famous for the pistachio soft cheesecake cake as well as their limited seating in the shop. The cheesecake is silky and soft, pairs well with the crunchy biscuit base. The pistachio flavours is intense though sometimes the taste of butter from the biscuit may take over. There are also so many choices of cookies. I chose black sesame biscuit, and the shop assistants will reheat it. There is molten sesame jam in the centre and some chopped walnuts. Extremely bad experience!!! 🤢🤢🤢We have two people dine in, but only got cash for one cup of drinks. They didn’t have pos machine, didn’t accept WeChat or Alipay, and didn’t let us seat cuz we can only order one drink with cash. We had to go to store nearby to exchange for cash. In addition, the barista came to ask us out saying “you need to leave when there’s a line up cuz you’ve been seating for 90 min and not ordering more drinks or food”.
