Booked a table here a week prior, they didn't mention we have to pre order certain dishes, when we were given the menu and start ordering, 2 out 6 dishes was not available because we didn't pre order it, but we weren't never informed, we are only visiting Hong Kong for 10 days, when asked why it's on the menu but only available if you pre order, she simply said you should've known! Like it's our fault for not knowing, really?

I've been there with my parents, and nobody of the staffs can speak even simple english. The Dimsums actually nice and delicious one (we ordered around 8 items), and the resto ambience is quite nice. Hopefully they can improve more on the services in the future.

Overall food quality is very good and some dum sums are creative in the presentation. However, a few waiters' service has room for improvement.
