Pie & Tart Specialists — Restaurant in Kowloon

One of the things Hong Kong is known for when it comes to food is their tart, whenever I search for food trip in Hong Kong, there's always this egg tart on the list or video so I made sure I try one when I see it.

This store called Pie & Tart which is so ironical since they don't sell egg tart specifically but since I've been craving for one, ordered the Milk and Cheese tart and it was delicious.

I wonder why they don't have the egg type, maybe because it's too common that they they want to separate themselves but all in all they tarts I've tried from their store are really good and definitely worth a try for any tourist.

Conclusion: When you walk around Tsim Sha Tsui, give this store a look and get one of the tarts, it won't disappoint, and hopefully, next time around they'd start...

Pie & Tart Specialist is a provider of budget-friendly Hong Kong style pies. They have branches scattered around the city including this branch at the corner of Chatham and Granville Roads in TST E/Hung Hum. Opening hours are around 8am to 11pm daily.

Here you can buy take-away sweet and savoury pies. Crust is usually thick and flaky, filling of fair quality. They also offer pasties, milk tarts, breads and a small range of drinks. Food taste and quality is ok, nothing to get excited about but not bad considered the low prices.

Prices are quite low compared to eating at restaurants as well, making this an interesting and appealing option for those seeking lower cost, light meals on the go during their visits...

As well as savoury, they have sweet treats. Saw these nice looking green tea rolls at Pie & Tart Specialists and they were really cheap too for $5.5.
