Chill place with fairly filling lunch sets and nice range. Definitely the 'HK' style. Quite a bargain. Lunch set: soup, bread, beverage, main (with meat, rice/potato/spaghetti, veg). An eclectic mix indeed. Flavours are there. The 'everyday' sort of flavour. Been here twice: both times quite relaxed, mind your own business, enjoy your food, take it easy. People seem happy and in their own world. Some reviews mention staff attitude issues: but our experience ranged from disinterested to very helpful and considerate. Overall a decent experience and would revisit - if searching for this style of food...

Terrible experience tonight. After ordering 2 person set for about 6-7 min. Soup delivery with ALL two main courses (Steak and rice). Then salad came 1 minutes later. I have never been made for such arrangement that main course come before salad as well as I haven't even try one bit of soup!? I am so furious with such incident.

By the way, we ordered for medium rare steak but finally it is well done instead. So pitty for the whole night ...

PS. Kowloon Bay branch is much more stable in food quality...

Pork neck sold as steak. A thin slice of pork, that would go as cheap grill meat in Europe, sold as steak (on a too good to be true discount). The only ok part was the fries, but the serving was small, like from a kids menu. The service was not paying attention, serving hot meals next to a baby, had to act quick to prevent an accident. The location and the dining area itself are fine but the experience as a whole was one of the worst that I can remember. Gordon could make a good episode out...
