I rarely give such a low rating but they were utterly unprofessional. It's ok if their menu had limited choices but they could have told us which items were unavailable before we spent time choosing. Not only were the staff rude, literally everything was unavailable. They had one job, which was to provide food and they failed miserably. Can't comment on the quality of food because...

I haven't eaten at this chain store for quite some time and tonight's meal is a kind reminder. Their BBQ meats are more consistent, but I felt like something fried, the ling fish fillets with broccoli. It used to taste better but overall so average. I didn't even bother taking a photo. If you need to eat here, stick to their bread and butter which is BBQ...
