2 of us ordered samosa, stuffed tomatoes, paneer bhurji, vegetable biryani, laccha paratha, garlic butter naan. Samosas were perfectly fried. The wrap was a bit thick but the base was crispy without bitter taste (usually out of excess frying). Stuffing had cashews in it, green peas and potatoes were adequately spiced. Peas very likely were fresh, if frozen were from recent batch. Green chutney was light, rich, thick and a bit cold to perfectly balance piping hot samosas in every bite. Stuffed tomatoes and paneer bhurji both were freshly made. stuffing in tomatoes were moderate (just right no spillage) ensured every bite has a balance of both tomato and stuffing with cheese/ paneer in it. Bhurji was perfectly spiced and no excess layer of oil was visible. Minced paneer size was uniform no clunky large chunks were encountered. Biryani was rich in flavours. bit spicy without raitha but perfect for Indian taste bit higher for HK local taste. both breads were adequately roasted and coated with ghee/ butter. The samosas reminded me of samosa from Chutney from TST. Looks like there is a new Boss...

Overall, the food is good and we had dinner during all 4 days. Recommended...
