The Story Cafe and Bakery — Restaurant in Kwai Tsing District

Don't come here, the food is really overpriced and tastes pretty bad.

It's advertised as a cafe, but the food they sell is not up to par with any other cafes in the area (such as Pokka cafe or Beans in the same mall), but at a similar price point.

The cakes are a bit small and stale, but the drinks are absolutely terrible. I ordered a strawberry yoghurt drink, the specialty chocolate, and a peach and lemon iced tea. The strawberry yoghurt drink tasted like strawberry powder mixed with sour milk, the specialty chocolate was incredibly watery and borderline bitter, and the peach iced tea was literally just lemon tea with sliced up canned peaches.

DO NOT COME HERE, your money is much better spent...

I was in the area so discovered this cute joint.

The mini Aquarium dessert looked fun to eat so decided to try it.

Each one is garnished with so called sand and a candy seashell.

The stuff that was pretending to be sand was soggy if you compare it to the pictures on social media.

Anyway, apart from that it was just a bland lychee mousse with butterfly pea jelly on top.

It was not that sweet and the lychee mousse was light and...

The centre of the baked pork chop rice is cold, definitely not made to order Steak is average.

Was not expecting much at this price range but the service is very poor. The waitress leaned over my table when serving the table next to mine, with her shirt touching my steak. Keeps missing orders and they have to be reminded several times to complete the order.
